Financial Due Diligence Agent

Bank-quality due diligence in hours, not weeks.

See the Demo

The DD memo you would pay $15,000 for, produced in a single afternoon.

The Problem

Traditional financial due diligence takes weeks and costs $15,000 to $40,000 per deal. Most business owners, brokers, and small acquirers cannot justify that on every target they look at, so real risks get missed and real deals get dropped for the wrong reasons.

The Fix

The Financial Due Diligence Agent pulls a target company's Quickbooks exports, tax returns, and revenue ledgers, then produces a full DD memo with normalized SDE, tested add-backs, four-scenario cash flow modeling, and LOI-ready structural recommendations. What took two weeks and cost $15K takes an afternoon.

How It Works

Four steps from input to insight.

01

Upload the packet

Quickbooks export, tax returns, and any P&Ls the seller sends. Drag and drop, no formatting required.

02

Agent normalizes SDE

Every seller add-back gets tested. Owner comp, personal expenses, one-time items are separated from operating cash flow. You see the real number.

03

Four cash flow scenarios

Seller SDE, conservative owner-operator, semi-absentee, and net income. Same price, four different multiples so you know what you are actually buying.

04

LOI-ready output

The agent recommends structural moves (repricing formulas, earnouts, seller notes, inventory carve-outs) that protect you if add-backs don't hold up in third-party review.

FAQ

What formats does it accept?
Quickbooks Online exports, Quickbooks Desktop exports, PDF tax returns (Form 1120/1120-S/1065/Schedule C), Excel P&Ls, and CSV bank statements. If it's a financial document a seller would send, the agent handles it.
How accurate is the SDE normalization?
Add-back logic is calibrated against IRS Section 179, ownership benefit rules, and industry norms for 20+ verticals. You'll see every add-back it accepted or rejected and why, so you can override if you disagree.
Can I use my own DD template?
Yes. Send us your memo template on onboarding and the agent will output in your format.
Does it replace a CPA-led QoE?
No. It replaces the pre-QoE screening layer. Most deals die before they justify a $15K QoE. This agent lets you keep looking longer, so the deals that reach a real QoE are the ones worth paying for.
